During my stay at Naama Bay Suites & Spa, I experienced a mix of highs and lows. While the staff, particularly Mr. Mahmood Aldoedar, provided excellent service and made me feel special, the hotel could use some improvements in areas like room cleanliness and amenities. The rooftop restaurant offered great views, but I found the pool closing at 6 PM to be quite early for a destination like Sharm el-Sheikh.
